composite plastic.
Manufacturing Process - Profile image CNC mill router cut.
Light seats CNC router step drill. Coatings, paint booth spray
applied. Assembly and packaging, all by hand. Manufactured and
assembled in Lawrence, Kansas, USA.
Lights - Every sigh has 150 UL approved 2.5 volt clear
filament mini-light bulbs
Power Source - 110 volt AC outlet. With addition of AC/DC
inverter, can be used in a mobile application, such as tailgates,
using auxiliary automobile power.
Coatings - Water reduced polyurethane with matte finish
pantone colors: Foreground(s) 288 blue white Background 422 gray
Hangers - Two each plastic hook style heavy duty cold glued
to backside with hot glue seal.
Appliqués - "Official licensed college product" sticker.
Packaging - Each sign is bubble wrapped and "peanut" packed
in a 2 ply - corrugated 2 piece box (cellophane tapped cover and
tray). Disclaimers Inside shipping box cover "10 point Safety
Instructions" and an accompanying insert on "..how to handle sign
to prevent damage".
